From start to finish was better than I expected, so many bad reviews about window companies I was skeptical up front. The rep that came out was the best, sorry I don’t remember his name but he walked us through everything, asked several questions we had and gave us the quote which fit our assessment. We were able to schedule the install to fit our time line. 2 guys showed up on time and were so friendly and professional, finished the job and showed us how to operate our new windows. We had problems with our old windows leaking when we had heavy rains, 4 days ago we had 10” of rain in 1 hour. No leaks what so ever and they are so quiet free m outside noise. We are more than pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend Window World of Carrollton. Ask me anything.
