So Robert, Kyle, and Jeffrey were the guys that put our windows in. They put 7 windows on the back side of our home. They did an amazing job. Our windows look great! They took out the old, put in the new and cleaned up everything in 4 hours. We are planning on doing the front windows in the spring and we would love for those same guys to out.

The only reason for 4 stars is the first person sent to measure for my windows didn't measure properly therefore when my windows came in they were too large and the installers had to remeasure to get the correct size made for me.
Window World corrected the problem with no additional cost to me. I did have to wait about 2 1/2 months for the install to finally occur, however I am very pleased with my new windows.
Even with the delay I would still recommend them.

We had a bathroom window replaced in order to begin our bath renovation. They were attentive and reached out quickly whenever I had questions. The install was quick and seamless, and the window looks terrific. I will be calling them for any future window or door replacements I need.

Clay Edmonds (our salesperson) was very informative and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us make the right choice for our home. Communication was incredible throughout the entire process, and the time from ordering to installation was exactly what they said it would be. The product is much better than we had hoped. Vini and Glaze were prompt and professional while installing our windows. They picked up all trash and left nothing behind other than the information about the windows. They did an excellent job and ensured we were confident and happy with their work. We are thrilled with our new windows, their work, and would most definitely recommend Window World in Carrollton. Excellent experience from beginning to end.

FANTASTIC service and products. John and his crew worked tirelessly 12 hours to get our windows in. They faced heat, rain, and the dark to do a fabulous job. The guys even returned on Saturday to make sure the rain hadn't affected the caulking. Thank you Steve Conine, John and Weber and all of Window World. I will recommend you to anyone even thinking about window replacement!
